Prekindergarten Program
At The Learning Tree, our Prekindergarten Program is thoughtfully designed for children ages 4 to 5, preparing them for a smooth and confident transition into kindergarten. At this stage, children thrive in environments that balance structure with creativity. Our curriculum is both intentional and emergent—providing purposeful, organized learning opportunities while also allowing room for curiosity, exploration, and child-led discovery.
Prekindergarten learners are constantly engaged in meaningful experiences that connect classroom learning to the real world. Through project work, hands-on experimentation, literacy-rich activities, and collaborative play, children refine their skills in problem-solving, communication, and independence while deepening their understanding of the world around them.
Our dedicated teachers carefully nurture each child’s individual growth, supporting their unique developmental journey. By fostering self-confidence, resilience, and a love of learning, we ensure children leave our program ready not only for academic success, but also with the social and emotional skills needed to thrive in elementary school and beyond.
Our goal is to inspire a lifelong love of learning while equipping children with the independence, confidence, and curiosity that will carry them successfully into their school years and future endeavors.
